Formt is workflow automation for small businesses. It runs the routine work that eats a week (chasing overdue invoices, following up leads, putting together weekly reports) and pauses for a person to sign off before anything is sent.

A workflow is a chain of steps. It pulls data from Xero, HubSpot, a Google Sheet or a CSV, has an AI agent research, score and draft against it, holds the batch for review, then sends. Templates cover common jobs in accounting, sales, legal, real estate and operations, and building one needs no technical skills.

Underneath, it is a set of Go microservices behind a federated GraphQL gateway, with a Next.js front end, run in containers on Google Cloud and provisioned with Terraform. Formt is built by Mingles LLC.
